Check out 400 S. Orange Grove Blvd in our 'Current Listings' section for more details! Here are some before photos..
You can see the fully completed transformation in our 'Current Listings'. Very happy to say that we sold this great property to some very happy buyers.
This lovely condo is located in the prestigious Millionaire's Row area of South Orange Grove Blvd, directly across the street from the historic Wrigley Mansion. The space already had a great layout to work with, but with a few little tweaks, we have turned this condo into a tastefully updated home.
In 1919, Architect Edward B. Rust designed 6 residences along prestigious Boston St. in the now premier 'Country Club neighborhood' of Altadena, and this stately home is included. We are redesigning the floorplan to feature an opened up kitchen, large family room and French Door access to the serene backyard. All of the upstairs bedrooms are also being transformed into en-suite bedrooms. Stay tuned for more...
We are nearly finished with this project and putting on the finishing touches!
This homeowner finally hired us after seeing multiple Current Designed transformations in his neighborhood. We are going to do a wonderful update and expansion for this Character-filled Colonial.
This Colonial home is very well-maintained and has great bones throughout. Floor-plan wise, some negatives come with maintaining the original features, this also means having an isolated kitchen, separate dining room and closed off living room. You can probably guess how we'll be changing these three rooms to create an easy flow for entertaining.
This Cute Cottage is in the demo phase and almost unrecognizable compared to how small and closed off every space looked like before. We are rearranging almost all the bedrooms and bathrooms and giving this family the much needed quare footage they have wanted for a while now.
This Charming Craftsman is in need of some TLC but there is character throughout and great bones to work with. We will be doing a kitchen and bathroom remodel downstairs but will completely transform the upstairs.
This Charming Craftsman has great bones to work with but is definitely in need of some updating and TLC. We will maintain the original character, highlighting the detailed wood work and beams, but are giving this home a facelift downstairs and a total transformation upstairs. Still in initial planning stages so stay tuned..
This homeowner has wanted a pool for a very long time and since they liked what we did at one of their neighbor's houses down the street, this homeowner finally took the plunge and hired us to design and install the pool of her dreams.
That's right, not only do we remodel interior spaces, we take on exterior redesign projects as well...
We're doing some exterior remodel work to completely reimagine this homeowner's backyard. They have wanted a pool for a very long time and finally decided to take the plunge (pun intended) after seeing the work we did on a neighbor's pool. This one has not been easy..the plans took forever to be approved! Thankfully, we have since been steadily moving forward with the work.
Although this home looks very beautiful and updated from the outside, the Master Bathroom is not up to the homeowner's taste. We will be modernizing it and giving it that Current Designed touch to transform the bathroom into the contemorary space the client is envisioning.
From the pictures, you may be thinking that this home does not need to be remodeled, but 'need' is all a matter of perspective. This home is, indeed, already very nice but the Master Bathroom is not up to the homeowner's taste so it's our job to customize it to their liking. We want every client to be happy so by giving it more modern touches, this Bathroom will be reimagined into the dream bathroom the client is envisioning.
There has been a whole new color palette change: adding a beautiful blue tile with gold accents for the shower wall really gives it a nice pop of color. The owner chose to go with a light grey tile wall surround which gives off the illusion of sleek wood paneling which also adds an element of warmth to this luxurious Master Bathroom.

The bulk of the work is being done in the kitchen and bathrooms. We've knocked down the wall between the dining room and kitchen to create a more open layout which will be great for entertaining.
We have added a support beam in the ceiling to enable the vision to be realized. The upstairs bathroom and closets are being transformed to create a luxurious master suite.
